The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the website and social media outlets; ensuring content is always up-to-date.
- Working with Account Executives.-Ensuring all promotions has prior-approval as well as submissions of co-op in a timely fashion.
- Collaborating with agency partners to plan and execute activities.
- Timely communication on marketing execution and budget achievement to management.
- Identify market opportunities and trends.
Requirements:
- Must be organized and understand timelines.
- Have an outgoing personality that can interface with different departments and individuals.
- Energetic self-starter, but have the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with brand based marketing.
- Highly proficient in MS Office including Word, Power-Point, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to use Adobe Photoshop, and any other design software as needed.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to execute events that take place in-store as well as off-site.
- Must be willing to work weekends or evenings if events take place at that time.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Service Department Operations
- Provide prompt, dependable, high quality vehicle service to (internal & external) customers
- Ensure Technicians receive jobs based on skill level and current resource utilization
- Review work-in-progress to ensure quality and timeliness
- Occasionally assist technicians when they are having difficulty performing service work
- Make estimates for internal and wreck repairs
- Establish procedures to initiate and forward all customer paid, warranty, and internal repair orders
- Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the computer system required for service and parts management
- Ensure employees keep a clean, efficient, and orderly department
Customer Service
- Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to "Make Things Right"
- Gain the trust and confidence of new customers when they are introduced to the service department
- Give special attention to repeating concerns to ensure the situation is corrected
Management
- Maintain concise follow-up programs
- Grow the volume of service work
- Develop promotional campaigns in conjunction with the parts and sales departments
- Provide reports to GM, as requested
- Develop monthly and annual objectives for the department in collaboration with GM
- Attend training sessions to keep current with service department issues
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Establish departmental work schedule, balancing the workloads of all employees
- Monitor and address all comebacks with individual technicians
- Establish job assignments for all service employees within their skill levels
- Set policies and procedures for the service department
- Manage employee performance (evaluate and counsel)
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and terminating employees
- Maintain records of all employees' performance reviews
- Ensure appropriate training is provided to all service employees (seminars, workshops, sales schools, etc.)

Qualifications & Job Requirements
- 5+ years progressive experience within the service department of a motor vehicle dealership
- Prefer knowledge and experience with sales of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them
- Experience with point-of-sale and parts & service management for computer software, or the ability to quickly learn due to experience with other systems
- Current valid motorcycle license
- Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and handle tools
- Occasionally requires the ability to balance and push motorcycles
Working Conditions
- Frequently works near moving mechanical parts
- Is potentially exposed to battery acid; gasoline; chemical cleaning materials, or other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle service department
- Occasionally exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles

Service Department Operations

- Request parts for the job as early as possible when needs become known
- Perform service, repair, and customization work in accordance with factory specifications
- Assist with writing up work orders, communication with customers, test riding, or any other issue which will help ensure customer satisfaction
- After the job is finished, ensure proper completion and filing of paperwork
- Keep the work area as clean as possible and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness
- Maintain technical qualifications by completing any necessary training programs assigned by the Service Manager
Customer Service
- Minimize comebacks and deal with them promptly and satisfactorily when they do occur
- Keep customers’ vehicles cleaner than when they were dropped off
Qualifications
- Must have 310G Certification
